The tuition and fees cost does not reflect the full cost of providing high quality education from a Christian worldview. We are fortunate to receive donations from many individuals, churches, and businesses to help keep the tuition far below actual cost.



Volunteer Opportunities





We are able to keep the cost very affordable in part through many volunteers.


We currently have volunteers working with and could use more volunteers with:


* students 1 on 1 or in small groups in review of class material


* reading with beginning readers


* answering phones and doing general office work


* supervising recess


* picking up hot lunch from Newman


* teaching specific special classes (eg, a section on shop class, volleyball, or a specific business area) ...or wherever God has gifted you!

Actual donations and/or cash donations are needed to help with financial aid, playground equipment, science equipment, office supplies and equipment, physical education equipment, sound system, teacher retirement pay, technology, classroom education equipment, and many other areas. We do place all donations under $100,000 in the general fund absent specific other agreement.



STO DONATIONS





A donation form for an STO (Student Tuition Organization) Donation, a basic explanation, and a detailed explanation are below.


Monies raised and designated for North Iowa Christian School go directly to financial aid for students at NICS.


Currently 25 families qualify and receive financial assistance, making attending NICS possible for them.
