1. Complete the Student Application form and submit it to the office.

2. Schedule an initial meeting with the Administration (Principal and/or Dean of Students) through the school office.
3. Turn in the most recent report cards/transcripts from the previous school, along with a written reference for each student (could be from a teacher, counselor, or pastor) to the office.
4. Turn in a written reference for at least one of the parents/guardians discussing their spiritual walk to the office.
5. Schedule a home visit with the school board through the school office.
6. Pay the non-refundable registration fee of $250 per registered student.
7. Register for the ESA program through https://iowa.withodyssey.com starting April 16th and ending on June 30th.
8. Make sure that your most current email address, phone number, and address are on file with the school so that you don’t miss any important information.
